1. Register as a user. Once you have registered, you will need to verify your account. This is done by checking your email inbox (of the address linked to your streetsmartasia.com account) and clicking on the verification link. 

2. Once you have verified your account, you can begin browsing through the many products available on streetsmartasia.com and add it to your shopping cart.

3. When you are ready to checkout, go to your shopping bag (on the top right of your screen) and click Checkout. 

4. At the Checkout counter, you will be asked to select a shipping address, a shipping method (please select COURIER - we use POS LAJU, CITYLINK-EXPRESS or TA-Q-BIN depending on the location) and payment method. 

5. There are three kinds of payment methods available:

• Bank Deposit / Transfer - Directly into our Maybank Account (Gowell Corporation Sdn Bhd: 514271702417). If you use this payment option, you will have to provide us with proof of your deposit/transfer by emailing us your deposit slip or transaction code. The more complete proof you provide us, the faster we will be able to verify your payment. Please note that if you do not make payment within three (3) working days, streetsmartasia.com reserves the right to cancel your order.
   
• Direct Debit - If your Bank provider is listed as one of the accepted Direct Debit partners, please select your Bank instead of the MEPS FPX option. If however your Bank is not listed, then you will have to use the MEPS FPX option - which will require a very stable connection to process).
   
• Credit Card - we accept either Mastercard of Visa. Please note that we use the 3D secure-code feature so you will have to have your Mastercard SecureCode or Verified by Visa feature enabled. If you have not enable this feature, you can easily do so by contacting your credit card provider.
